Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange a product within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain products, such as earbuds and insoles, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

b. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.
c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
d. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com. We will assist you in processing the exchange and provide you with further instructions.
